St. John's Malankara Orthodox Church is a Parish of the Malankara Orthodox Syrian Church under the North East American Diocese. Malankara Orthodox Church is an autocephalous Oriental Orthodox church with its headquarters in Devalokam, close to Kottayam, India. The church is also known as the Indian Orthodox Church. The origin of the Malankara Church is traced back to St. Thomas, one of the twelve disciples of Jesus Christ on the shores of Kerala, India in A.D.52. St John's Orthodox church was started in 2014.
